Age Defying Balance - O'Malley Senior Center
As we age, it is no secret the body changes. In this workshop discover and experience ways to move, combat muscle loss, gain flexibility, reduce joint stiffness, and rebuild neural connections with movement. Wear comfortable clothing, shoes with support, bring a chair without an armrest and a small towel. Clear a small space to move 360 degrees around your chair. Biography: Kimberly Murphy has spent her entire life playing in the fitness world with ballet, gymnastics, hiking, group fitness, powerlifting, running, yoga, and more. She has used her passion for health and wellness to teach others to become healthier too. She has been teaching active aging, yoga, and yoga therapy for more than 20 years.
