Learn about the Maryland Court System. The discussion will include: an overview of the different levels of courts and the types of cases each one handles; what judges do and how they are selected; and what the clerk’s office is and what it does. Also discussed will be various resources the judiciary makes available to the public to help with many types of common cases, such as landlord/tenant issues, guardianship, small claims, and many others.
