This Green Notice is to inform interested parties of what is required to be submitted and the review process in place for Bicycle Pedestrian Transit Assessment (BPTA) requirements, as outlined in the updated BPTA Guidelines. Highlights of major changes are as follows:
- Complete description of the assessment review process.
- Removal of the scoping process.
- Removal of the requirement for the BPTA note on the Final Plan/SDP and Plat.
- Revised Assessment submittal package - The worksheet contents are updated to include a map and cost estimate tools to be used in the feasibility analysis.
- Updated BPTA Worksheet is included in the appendices, along with a description of off-site and on-site assessment opportunities and definitions.
