I love a good entrepreneurship story, and Zo has one that brought some who have been on his journey with him to tears.
This week I had the pleasure of congratulating Zo on the opening of his Severna Park office, where he is taking over the space and clients from a beloved financial advisor who is now enjoying retirement.
What I know about small businesses is that nobody turns their lifelong work over to just anyone. Someone who is moving on but wants their clients cared for carefully chooses the person they know will continue what they've started, and then some.
