How to Ride
BOARDING
When boarding the bus, passengers must:
- Move to the rear of the bus so others may board quickly
- Spread out on the vehicle when possible (six feet or more)
- Allow disabled persons, pregnant women and seniors to occupy priority seating
WHILE RIDING
When on the bus, passengers must:
- Not occupy more than one seat when others need seating
- Keep strollers clear of aisles and doorways
- Refrain from smoking, eating, drinking or spitting
- Use headphones at low volume when playing audio devices
- Allow the operator to drive the bus safely by not speaking with them while the bus is moving
SIGNALING YOUR STOP
To signal a stop, passengers must pull the overhead string or verbally notify the driver of their intended stop location. Unscheduled stops are not permitted unless a medical emergency occurs.

The South County Call N' Ride service is an ON-DEMAND transit service that is provided in three (3) zones to connect south county residents to northern county service areas.
Monday through Friday
7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Excluding holidays.
Riders must request pick-up 2 hours in advance to utilize services. Requests for a 7 a.m. pick-up can be scheduled the previous business day after 5 p.m.
Last call for same day pick up is 5:30 p.m.
Age Requirements for CNR North and South Minor Pilot:
- 13 & OVER- Must have signed permission on record from guardian or parent to ride alone. Children this age can ride AACT unaccompanied. As a parent or guardian, it is up to you to determine if your teen is ready to ride alone.
- 5 TO 12- Must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Children this age can ride with a caregiver.
- 4 & UNDER- Must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Children this age can ride with a caregiver.
Permission Slip
Call N'Ride will connect to AA-Gold Edgewater route, Call N' Ride services will not cross over into Annapolis.

How to Request a Ride
- Call (410) 222-0025 - at least two (2) hours in advance for your desired trip. For pick-ups before 9 a.m., call between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. the previous business day to schedule.
- Schedule your pick up time - by providing scheduler with exact pickup address and desired time. If no one answers, please leave your name, address and phone number. The scheduler will return your call with your scheduled pick-up time and location.
- Passengers can schedule your return - trip at the same time, or you may call back 2 hours before your desired return trip.
- Pick up times - are estimated and may change due to unexpected traffic delays.
