About the Sheriff's Office
The Sheriff’s Office is comprised of three bureaus: Administration, Operations and Security.
The Administration Bureau is overseen by the Chief Deputy and houses the Sheriff’s Administrative staff including Human Resources, Finance and Training.
The Operations Bureau is supervised by a Sheriff’s Captain who is responsible for the Warrant Teams, Civil Process Unit, Document Control Unit, Domestic Violence Unit, Communications Center, and K-9 Unit.
The Security Bureau is supervised by a Sheriff’s Captain who is responsible for the Transport and Detention Unit and the Security Teams.
