Focus for Safety on the B&A TrailApril 19, 2021
As we enter one of the busiest seasons of the year for visitation on the B&A Trail, we have made a few changes in an effort to improve safety for everyone. We have installed some new signs between Robinson Road and Evergreen Road. These signs alert patrons that they are entering an area of the trail that is often congested with people milling about and not always focused on others in the area.
We need everyone to slow down to a speed limit of 10 MPH when passing through. This is one of the most popular sections of the B&A Trail with amenities in the area that include local food and bicycle shops, not to mention the beautiful gardens at Hatton-Regester Green. So next time as you pass through this section of trail, please slow down and stay alert for other patrons of the trail park. We want everyone to have a safe and fun visit on the trail.
