A public meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2019 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., at the Fort Smallwood Elementary School Cafeteria to present proposed improvements to Ft. Smallwood Park. These improvements include restoring of a portion of the existing shoreline, and installing new facilities throughout the park. No road closures are anticipated.
Department of Recreation and Parks and DPW officials will present information on these proposed improvements, and will also answer questions from those in attendance.
