Odenton Town Center

The Odenton Town Center (see map below) is one of three Town Centers within the County. The OTC Master Plan provides planning and implementation guidance for development, the protection of natural resources, efficient transportation networks, a sustainable community, a vibrant economy, and provides a basis for planning public expenditures needed to support future growth.

Comment period for the Preliminary Draft of the Odenton Town Center Master Plan now closed

The Office of Planning and Zoning held a public comment period for Preliminary Draft of the 2022 Odenton Town Center Master Plan and corresponding updates to the County Code from Thursday, March 24 to Monday, April 25, 2022. Below are links to the documents that were available for public comment. The Office of Planning and Zoning is currently reviewing and making updates to the Master Plan and Code based on the public comments. A new timetable has not been announced, but please join the Odenton Town Center mailing list to stay up to date on the process and receive other announcements.

Public Meeting about the Preliminary Draft Plan: April 6, 2022 

The Office of Planning and Zoning on Wednesday, April 6 at 6:30 PM held a public meeting to share information about key changes and next steps, and to receive comments about the Preliminary Draft.
