Odenton Town Center

The Odenton Town Center is one of three Town Centers within the County. The OTC Master Plan provides planning and implementation guidance for development, the protection of natural resources, efficient transportation networks, a sustainable community, a vibrant economy, and provides a basis for planning public expenditures needed to support future growth.

2021 Odenton Town Center Master Plan Update

The 2021 Odenton Town Center Master Plan (OTCMP) update will identify goals, policies, and strategies within the Odenton Town Center Growth Management Area (see map below).

Listening and Visioning Public Meetings and Survey:

Public Meeting #1: Visioning - OPZ held two public meetings on March 18, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. as well as a survey that ran from March 18 - April 4 to hear from the community about the opportunities and challenges in Odenton and how it should grow. A slide deck of the presentation given at both meetings can be found here (* Note that the two meeting times had the same format and materials.)
