Third Party Inspections
The Anne Arundel County Department of Inspections and Permits (I&P) manages a Third Party Inspector Certification program for footing, backfill, and slab inspections.
Use an Approved Third Party Inspector
As of June 1, 2021, only footing, backfill and slab inspections will be accepted from the third party inspectors. All other inspection types shall be conducted by the county inspection staff. View a list of the Approved Third Party Inspectors for contact information.
Please see the specific forms below with requirements attached. The top of the forms are to be filled out and submitted prior to proceeding with the certification. The bottom of the forms are to be filled out by a licensed third party professional.
