Our mission is to provide efficient plan review, permit processing, inspection of permits, complaint investigations, commercial license issuance, and inspection of private stormwater facilities.

Land Use Navigator
The Land Use Navigator is a web based application that allows customers to access and obtain various Inspection and Permit's services online. Customers can now apply for all permit types, renew and apply for licenses, schedule inspections, upload documents, and pay fees 100% online. Plan submittals, reviews, and revisions are also accepted online.
The Permit Center intakes permit and subdivision applications for those wanting to do so in person. It serves both residential and commercial customers.
