County Real Property Tax Credit for Disabled Veterans and their Surviving Spouses

On January 11, 2021, Bill 105-20 was enacted, establishing a County real property tax credit for eligible disabled veterans in Anne Arundel County and their surviving spouses.

The application must be received on or before April 1st to be considered for the taxable year beginning July 1st and ending June 30rd.

Because surviving spouses will only be eligible if the disabled veteran qualified for and was receiving this tax credit at the time of death, no surviving spouses will be eligible for the tax credit for the upcoming tax year.
