Legislative Testimony
The purpose of this form is to allow the electronic submission of testimony or comments on specific bills and resolutions pending before the County Council. This form may be used to submit written or typed materials to the Council and may be used in addition to speaking in person at a public hearing. All submissions received by 11:00 am on the day of a meeting will be accounted for during a public hearing and will become a part of that meeting record.
