Bill 2-19

FOR the purpose of repealing the designation of school impact fee districts created by Bill No. 87-18; designating the school impact fee districts as they existed prior to the effective date of Bill No. 87-18; adopting the school impact fee district maps as they existed prior to the effective date of Bill No. 87-18 as the school impact fee district maps; providing for the allocation of school impact fees paid between November 18, 2018, the effective date of Bill No. 87-18, and this Ordinance; making this Ordinance an emergency measure; and generally relating to subdivision and development.
