FOR the purpose of requiring a developer to record the proceedings of a community meeting; requiring a developer to provide the a copy of recording to the Office of Planning and Zoning; requiring the Office of Planning and Zoning to post the recording on the County website for a certain time period; and generally relating to subdivision and development.
