Anne Arundel County Budget FY2023

This page will serve as a central location for meeting schedules, legislation links, and other relevant information as the Council collaborates with the County Executive's Office and other county agencies to adopt the FY23 Budget.

Attendance is always encouraged. Some meetings are in-person, while others are virtual. Details are listed below. All meetings of the County Council can be watched on Arundel TV. Links and cable channels can be found on the Government Television Service Page.

FY23 Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance of Anne Arundel County

On June 14, 2022 the County Council will hold a Public Hearing on Proposed Supplemental Amendments to the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget.

How to Submit Testimony

Testimony can be submitted online, mailed, dropped off, or given in person at a scheduled public hearing.

Submit Online:

Online testimony on the Proposed FY23 Budget is no longer being accepted.

In Person:

The online form to sign-up to testify on the Proposed Supplemental Amendments to the FY23 Budget is now closed.
 
If you missed the chance to sign-up ahead of time simply attend the meeting. The meeting begins at 9:00 a.m. on June 14, 2022 and will be in the Council’s Chambers in Annapolis. The Chair will make a final call for testimony before closing the public hearing.
