Public Hearings

There are different ways to submit testimony on the proposed Fiscal Year 2022 budget for Anne Arundel County.


Submit Online

Online testimony can be submitted by clicking on the button below and filling out the resulting form. Online testimony may be submitted between now and June 14, 2021. All testimony submitted online is received and reviewed by the entire Council as it is submitted and added to the official record.

You may submit your typed or written testimony or other forms of testimony by mailing it or delivering it to the outside drop-box designated for this.

Testify at a Public Hearing

*  A person may only testify once on either May 10 or May 20

May 10, 2021 – 6:00 P.M.

 A live, virtual public hearing is scheduled for Monday, May 10, 2021 at 6 p.m. via Zoom. The deadline to register to testify live via Zoom for the May 10th hearing is Monday, May 10th at 4 p.m.

May 20, 2021 – 6:00 P.M.

  An in-person public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 6 p.m. at North County High School in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The deadline to register online for the May 20th hearing is Thursday, May 20th at Noon. Online registration to testify in person is strongly encouraged. A small window for in-person registration will be available on May 20 from 5-5:30 p.m. at North County High School. Please note, masks are mandatory for this event.
