I am willing and able to commit a significant amount of time on a intermittent basis. NOTE: The work of the ACC will be dependent on the volume of complaints and cases received; as such, we are currently unable to determine the exact time commitment.*
I acknowledge that as an appointee, I will have to undergo Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission (MPTSC) training prior to serving on the ACC.*

Certification / Authorization
I have read HB 670 and Bill 16-22 and understand the role of the Administrative Charging Committee in Anne Arundel County.*
I have read the MPTSC regulations governing the ACC.*
I am willing to sign a Financial Disclosure Form annually.*
I am willing to sign a Conflict of Interest Statement.*
Members of the ACC will be required to attend training through the Maryland Police Standards and Training Commission. This is a 40-hour training program. No further details are available at this time.
Members will receive a minimum stipend of $10,000 annually for service (including training).
