Charter Revision Commission

The Charter Revision Commission, created by Sec. 1203 in the County Charter, is responsible for conducting a comprehensive study of the County government and recommending revisions to the Charter as necessary, including the matter of the revision of the Councilmanic districts of the County.

 
 

Become a Member

The Commission shall be composed of 7 members, with each member of the County Council making one appointment. The Commission will report its findings and recommendations to the County Council, along with drafts of any recommended revisions to the Charter.

Due to the publication delay of the Census, appointments to the Charter Revision Commission have been delayed. Applications will continue to be accepted via the email address below.
