All Election Judges are compensated $250.00 or $350.00, depending on position, for their services for Early Voting and Election Day.  All Election Judges are required to attend a mandatory training class.  Election Judges will be paid $50.00 for attending training ($50.00 for the training class is contingent on you working as an Election Judge). Mandatory Pre-Election night setup pay is an additional $25.00.  All Election Judges can expect payment six to eight weeks after the Primary and General Elections.

Each Judge works as part of a team including one Democratic Chief Judge and one Republican Chief Judge.  Under certain circumstances, a voter registered as "Unaffiliated" may work as a Chief Judge.  If you would like additional information concerning Election Judges, please call the Election Judge Department at (410) 222-0494 or email [email protected]
