This is an appeal of the granting of a variance to allow a pier and pilings with less setbacks than required, on property known as 2638 Ogleton Rd., Annapolis. (Postponed from 04/01/2020 due to COVID) (To be continued to 5/4/21, if necessary)

The Board may choose to close a portion of the meeting to obtain legal advice or to discuss personnel matters as authorized by the General Provisions Article Section 3-305(b)(7) or Section 3-305(b)(1) of the Open Meetings Act.
