Project Description
This project plans, designs and develops the 150-acre former Forney property as an expansion of the 1,124-acre Bacon Ridge Natural Area. The project will include added hiking and equestrian trails, a mountain bike skills trail, equine hitching and care area, parking, a homestead interpretative area focused on two historic tobacco barns, storage and park ranger training facilities.
