Anne Arundel County Government has declared liberal leave policy in effect for Monday, January 14, 2019

(Annapolis, MD - January 13, 2019) - Due to the inclement weather, Anne Arundel County Government has declared liberal leave policy in effect for Monday, January 14. The County will operate under normal business hours but county employees may use liberal (unscheduled) leave.

Trash and recycling curbside pickup will operate normally as scheduled.

Most parts of Anne Arundel County received more than eight inches of snow. Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works crews deployed 252 plow crews (72 county-owned and 180 contractors) to clear more than 6,700 county maintained roads. Crews will continue to work overnight.
