The Department of Inspection and Permits is temporarily expanding the Third Party Certification Program beyond footing, backfill and slab inspections.
The Department is accepting applications to certify third party inspectors for all building and trade inspections, except emergency water sewer repair/gas which must be scheduled and completed by a county inspector (video inspections are available).
Any and all inspection types listed in the attached guidance document can be completed by a county approved third party inspector.
