Anne Arundel County Department of Inspections and Permits to Require Third Party Professional Liability Insurance and Hold Harmless
Notice Date:

Beginning April 1, 2021, in a continued effort to improve the third party inspections program and protect public interest, the Department of Inspections and Permits will require proof of general liability and professional liability insurance for all third party inspections.

In addition, a written statement will be required to acknowledge the hold harmless policy.
