As the Department of Inspections and Permits continues to provide essential government service with reduced staffing levels, effective immediately the department will begin accepting footing certifications from third party professionals.
Certifications shall be performed by a licensed engineer or design professional in accordance with building codes accepted by Anne Arundel County.
