Additional Information: Multiple 911 calls were received from passersby and neighbors reporting fire from the third-floor balcony. First arriving firefighters located and quickly extinguished a fire on a third-floor balcony at the front of the building, containing it to the area of origin. Three adults and one child have been displaced as a result of the fire and are being assisted by the Red Cross. The cause of the fire is under investigation by members of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department Fire and Explosives Investigation Unit.
