Household Recyclables

Description:

  • PAPER
  • PLASTIC
    • Storage containers (like bottles, tubs & buckets), flower pots, toys, and lawn furniture. 
  • METAL
    • Steel/Tin cans, Aluminum cans, foil and pans, empty aerosol cans
  • GLASS
    • Bottles, jars and containers of any color, shape and size
 

Preparation Instructions:

Shredded paper is accepted, but it must be contained inside of a paper bag or envelope and  then taped or stapled shut.  Click here for instructions.

Please note that paper yard waste bags should never be used to contain shredded paper or other household recyclables for curbside collection.

Plastic bags of any size, shape or color and plastic wrap (film) are no longer accepted curbside for recycling.  Return clean, dry plastic bags and wrap to your nearest county Recycling Center or participating grocery or retail stores for recycling and deposit them into marked recycling container near the store's entrance.
