The Office of Finance serves many different customers. This includes residents, businesses, other County agencies, taxpayers, homeowners, County employees, retirees, bond holders, and investors.

Providing excellent customer service, is a key goal in the Office of Finance's Mission Statement and includes giving compassionate, friendly and efficient service at all times. The purpose of this web site is to assist our customers to quickly find current and accurate information; however, we continue to encourage phone calls, correspondence or in-person visits to the Office of Finance to resolve any issues or take care of business.

    The following Convenience Fees are assessed when you utilize the County's Online Bill Payment Application:


    Utility Bills

    (water & wastewater, front foot assessments, installment agreements)

    Tax Payments

    (real property, personal corporate property)

    Credit Cards

    $2.75 / Transaction

    2.60% of transaction total

    (example $2.60/$100)

    (minimum convenience fee $2.75)



    (minimum transaction $1.00)

    • Credit cards accepted are Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover
    • Credit cards are processed through Official Payments
    • eChecks are processed through BankServ

    Payments to the County can be made at any of our cashier locations.

    Additionally, non-cash payments (checks and money orders) can be made at any time in the yellow drop boxes at these same locations.

    Real Estate Tax bills, Personal Property bills, Front Foot Assessment bills and Utility bills are mailed with a self-addressed courtesy envelop. Please use this envelope to make payments by mail and be sure to include the bottom portion of the bill in the envelope along with your check or money order.
