Party Rental Space at Arundel Olympic Swim Center

• All pool rules and regulations apply to party guest.
• Children must be 2 years of age and toilet trained to enter the pool.

• The room for 2 hour (which includes clean up and set up)
• Parties are scheduled in 2 hour blocks: (summer hours starting June 19 thru Sept 11, 2009)
  Saturdays 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  Sundays 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. (diving boards open after 12:00 p.m.)
• At least 2 tables and chairs provided.
• 30 swimmers (including chaperones), swimtime is unlimited.
• For children 12 and under you must have 1 adult per 5 children.
• Fees are due 15 business days after request is made, the fee is non-refundable.
• All payments not received by the due date will be removed from the book. It is your responsibility to contact us, if payment cannot be made on time.

• All food is provided by person(s) having the party. Note: Most pizza companies do deliver (please see the "Party Room Rental Information" sheet, above).
• Set up and clean up must be done during your allotted time (PLEASE DO NOT HANG ANYTHING FROM THE CEILING). The room must be cleaned before you leave; a vacuum cleaner is available upon request from the front desk.

• In the event your party has to be cancelled because of illness, weather, or any other reason please notify us as soon as possible to re-schedule.
