Party Rental Information

The fee for a reservation is $125.00 which includes:

The room for 2 hour (which includes clean up and set up)
Parties are scheduled in 2 hour blocks: (notice time changes)
Fridays 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturdays 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Sundays 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (deep end use after 12:30 p.m.)
At least 2 tables and chairs provided.
30 swimmers (including chaperones), swimtime is unlimited.
For children 12 and under you must have 1 adult per 5 children.
Fees are due 15 business days after request is made, the fee is non-refundable.
All payments not received by the due date will be removed from the book. It is your responsibility to contact us, if payment cannot be made on time.

Additional Information

All food is provided by person(s) having the party. Note: Most pizza companies do deliver (please see the "Party Room Rental Information" sheet, above).
Set up and clean up must be done during your allotted time (PLEASE DO NOT HANG ANYTHING FROM THE CEILING). The room must be cleaned before you leave; a vacuum cleaner is available upon request from the front desk.
