| | | | General Rules | - All swimmers are required to take showers before entering the pool.
- Youth 12 and under must be accompanied by a paid adult. One paying adult is required for every 5 children under the age of 12.
- Children under the age of three who are not fully toilet trained are not permitted to swim. Swimmers three and older must be toilet trained. Swim diapers are not permitted.
- Proper bathing suits, that are appropriate for a family facility, are required. Cutoffs, athletic style shorts, cotton material, t-shirts and cover-ups are not permitted. Rash Guard shirts are permitted.
- Street shoes are not permitted anywhere on the pool deck, we encourage shower shoes to be worn.
- Running, pushing, dunking, and horseplay are prohibited in or around the pool deck.
- Diving, back dives, and flips are prohibited.
- Food, candy, gum, drinks, and glass containers are prohibited in pool area. Water bottles only allowed on pool deck. Food and drink permitted in vending area or sun deck when open.
- Patrons with skin disease(s), open wounds, nasal or ear discharge, inflamed eyes or any communicable disease are not allowed in the lap pool, leisure pool, or spa.
- Use of flotation devices is prohibited. Only U.S.C.G. approved lifejackets will be allowed in the facility. Children in lifejackets must be directly supervised within arm’s reach of an adult at all times.
- Lap lanes are for lap swimming only. Standing or stopping in lap lanes shall not be permitted unless it is an emergency. Patrons must keep off lane dividers. Lanes must be shared and circle swimming is encouraged.
- Starting blocks may only be used by Recreation and Parks approved programs.
- No climbing or playing on pool stairs or steps.
- Swimmers must be 48” tall to use big slide and must be less than 48” to use small slide. Feet first riding only is permitted on both slides (no head first or face down riding positions permitted). No water shoes or lifejackets are permitted on the slides. Single riders only. Swimmers must exit splash area immediately.
- Patrons must be at least 18 years of age to use the spa.
- Breath-holding and prolonged swimming underwater is prohibited.
- Obey lifeguards at all times. Aquatic Staff reserves the right to enforce age or height restrictions for the any of special use play structures (small slide, water vortex, etc.)
- 175 tickets sold for each timed swim. Maximum 15 tickets per person. Facility will be cleared after each timed swim session.
| | | | Water Slide Rules | - Swimmers must be at least 48” inches tall to use the water slide.
- Only one person will be allowed on the slide at a time.
- Swimmers may go down the slide only when instructed to by the lifeguard in charge.
- Swimmers must wait until the previous swimmer has reached the exit of the plunge pool before going down the slide.
- Swimmers must ride feet first on their back with arms across chest.
- Swimmers must immediately exit the plunge pool once they have exited the water slide.
- NO lifejackets are permitted on the water slide.
- NO water shoes permitted on the water slide.
| | | | Spa Rules | - Patrons must be at least 18 years of age to use the spa.
- Pregnant women and patrons with cardiovascular problems, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not enter the spa without medical consultation.
- A 10-minute time limit is suggested for the spa.
- NO jumping or diving into the spa.
- Maximum bather load is 16 people.
