Online Registration Instructions for Programs & Activities

Go to www.aacounty.org/recparks

 
Place curser on Online Registration (left side menu bar).
 
To the right of Online Registration, two boxes will appear.  Top box will read Recreation Program Registration.  Lower box will read Park Facilities Registration.
 
To register for Recreation Programs, click on Recreation Program Registration.
 
Next screen (maximize for easier use), click on Programs & Activities (If summer, you may also click on either Camps or Summer Fun Centers).
 

Choosing a program:

  • Select a category from the Recreation Program Categories list.

  • Click a program row for registration selection. (If the availably capacity reads “0”, register for the wait list and contact the Registration Office to verify).

    OR

  • Enter the program number directly and click on submit (DO NOT push the enter key or you will be looped back to the beginning of the registration process).

Recreation Program Registration:  Enter your home phone number and the participant’s name (you must capitalize the first letter of each name).  If you know your participant number, you may enter that number and not the participant’s name. Select the submit button.
 
Participants Information:  Enter all information in the form (if you have entered a participant number or you are a previous registrant, most of the participant information will already be on file). Select the submit button.
  
Verifying the data:  You will need to verify all the information is correct.  If there is an error, please correct and click on Update Data. (If you encounter any errors during the registration process, please scroll to the bottom of the page and your error will be detailed for you.)  If the information is correct, please click on Submit Data.
 
Indemnity Statement:  To continue with the registration process, you must read the statement and click on “OK”.
Registration Summary:  The summary will display the participants name, phone number, the program registered for and the amount of the program.  Then you will have four options.
  • Add same person to another program.

  • Add new person to this same program.

  • To add a new person to a new program, you must click on the left side menu bar – Programs/Activities.

  • Complete registration. You may registration up to four participants in our programs on one credit card transaction.  When all registrations have been entered, you must click on “Complete Registration”.

  • Cancel registration. To cancel a registration, select the registration row and click on “Cancel Registration”.
