Deliciously Nutritious

Join us as we explore and prepare healthy foods from around the world. We will learn the importance of combining healthy food choices with some fun exercises. We’ll also make our own cookbooks and much, much more. This class is designed for the youngest of chefs and for children who want to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Participants will be able to take what they learn from this course, apply it to both home and school and carry it throughout their lifetime. We eat what we cook, so snacks and lunch will be provided.

Imagination Camps

Princess Camp
It is the dance party your little princess has always dreamed about. At Princess Camp you will become royalty. Come learn age-appropriate dances, dress up and play princess. You will create your
own tiaras and wands and dress up as a royal princess. Each princess will learn a basic dance and perform at the Royal Crowning Ceremony. Don’t miss the fun. Participants must provide their own
snack and drink.

Superhero Camp
Join forces with Spirit Unlimited to expand your child’s imagination and help them become the ultimate
superhero. Each Superhero will have the opportunity to pick out a costume of the day and make crafts that help them defeat the villains. We will also keep the young hero active throughout the day with action packed activities and sports. Participants must provide their own snack and drink.

Sport & Fitness Camps

Tae Kwon Do
Master the basics of this Olympic sport from the U.S. Tae Kwon Do Union’s teacher of the year, Chien Vuong. Learn discipline, self-control and respect for self and others. Work out in bare feet on Olympic mats. Participants must provide their own lunch and drink.

Skateboard Camp
Radical dude! A new camp for beginner through intermediate skate board riders. Learn to push, ride, tac-turn, olly, kick flip, grind, stall and drop in. We’ll also cover skate park etiquette and more.
Campers must bring skate board, skate board helmet, knee and elbow pads, water and snack labeled in cooler.

Magic Camps

Mystery Academy: Magic Performance
Focusing primarily on the Performance Art of Magic, students train in a variety of forms of magic: sleight of hand, mentalism, apparatus and coin, as well as learning the basics of what it means
to be a magician. A variety of magical games, craft projects and activities accompany serious magic instruction. A culminating performance allows students to perform an effect they have mastered in a close-up setting for parent and friends. All supplies included. Campers must provide their own lunch,
snacks and drinks.

Mystery Academy: Junior Carnival
This program is geared for younger children to have fun and experience a carnival atmosphere. Lean to speak through a puppet, play carnival games, juggle handkerchiefs, paint your face
to look like a tiger… and even learn a magic trick or two. All these things happen at Junior Carnival. Bring your happy face and get ready to have fun. All supplies included. Campers must provide their own lunch, snacks and drinks.
