Kids N’ Motion
Children will gain valuable knowledge of how the benefits of exercise will help them maintain a healthy lifestyle. This class will give your child a chance to be active and have fun with fitness activities and games in a non-competitive atmosphere.

Little Ninjas
Little Ninjas is a program that focuses on improving children’s basic motor and listening skills. The eight skills emphasized in our program include focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness and coordination. The Little Ninja's Program will also prepare your child for our Children's Martial Arts Program. Uniform is not included.

Youth Karate
Learn self-defense and protective maneuvers while exercising and disciplining body and mind. This Kenpo class teaches a self-defense form of martial arts and emphasizes control, skill and grace in movement while using an opponent’s strength and weight against him. Loose clothing required.
