Special Event and Charitable Fund-Raising Guidelines

The Anne Arundel County Trails system is popular for walk-a-thons and other similar fund-raising activities. A wide variety of groups and organizations use the trails for charitable purposes. All applicable laws, regulations, and policies dealing with county parks, fund-raising activities, political events and group activities apply.
 

Requests to use a trail in the Anne Arundel County Trails system for a special event must be approved by the Trails Superintendent in advance. Please see the Special Event and Charitable Fund-Raising Guidelines and application below for information, policy and procedure.
 

Please contact the Earleigh Heights Ranger Station at (410) 222-6244, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. to reserve your event date. After you reserved your date, print the application form from the link below and mail or drop off the application to Earleigh Heights Ranger Station at 51 W. Earleigh Heights RD., Severna Park, MD 21146. A  NON-REFUNDABLE SPECIAL EVENT FEE MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ADVANCE ALONG WITH THE COMPLETED APPLICATION.  (Please make Personal Check or Money Order payable to: Anne Arundel County).
