Quiet Waters Park Highlights to Contract Agreement

 

  1. Quiet Waters Park office must approve additional party rental items. All rentals must be removed from the room at the end of the function.
  2. Items cannot be stored in the room overnight.
  3. Garden benches are to be arranged by the client. Each client has the options to place the benches anywhere on the bricked area.
  4. Table decorations are to be coordinated with the caterer for the time of set-up. Helium balloons are not allowed.
  5. Rehearsals may be held in the garden of the Blue Heron Center (if available), but not inside of the room unless the client rents the room. If the garden is not available then another area will be designated for your rehearsal. Please call the office to book your time and date of rehearsal. 
  6. Food, bar set-ups, tents and tables are not allowed outside of the Blue Heron Center.
  7. Appointments to see the Blue Heron Center can be arranged by calling the office. We do not show the Blue Heron Center to potential clients during the time of your function.
