The Bay View Pavilion at Mayo Beach Park is a glass enclosed facility with amazing views of the South River and the Chesapeake Bay. The park is available to groups on a permit basis for civic and nonprofit organizations, weddings, receptions, cultural exhibits, company picnics and family reunions. Use is exclusive to the individual or organization submitting the application. |

Collecting fees for a "for profit" event is prohibited. No commercial or promotional activities are allowed. Such events misrepresented will be cancelled up to and including the day of the event. The maximum group size is 750. There is ADA parking, restroom, and ramp to beach area. The rental of Mayo Beach Park includes the use of the beach, parking lot and the Glass Bay View Pavilion (not air-conditioned, 230 maximum seating) with a small noncommercial kitchen, small grills, play area and ball field. There are concrete areas that may be used for outside dancing, eating, and music. Rental is exclusive with the exception of a small craft beach launch area used primarily by cartop-non-motorized permitted windsurfers when wind conditions are favorable. |

For those who are interested in a day rental of the park, please contact Registration Office at (410) 222-7313 for information. The daily rental includes usage to the Bay View Pavilion. |
