Kinder Farm Park Pavilion Reservation

    Kinder Farm Park has two pavilions to rent for large outdoor parties and cookouts. Reservations must be made in advance. Groups over 20 people must reserve a pavilion to hold a function at the park. Each pavilion holds up to 100 people.      Contact the Park Office at 410-222-6115 for additional information.

Pavilion Rental Fees


Large Pavilions - Black Oak and River Birch: $180.00 per day
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (9:00 a.m. - dusk); Limit 100 people
Large Pavilions - Black Oak and River Birch: $100.00 per day
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (Park closed on Tuesday); Limit 100 people
Prepaid Parking for Large Pavilion: $80.00 per day (as of July 1, 2015 restored to $160.00)
(Covers vehicle entry fees)


Guidelines, Rules and Regulations for a Special Event for Non-Profit Organization
Kinder Farm Park has become a popular site for non-profit groups and organizations having special events. The staff at Kinder Farm Park has developed guidelines to clarify and standardize our policy for such special events.
