Mother's Garden
Beautiful, outdoor weddings are held in Mother's Garden (see photographs below). The fee charged covers use of the garden and entrance into the park for your wedding guests. Some restrictions apply. This is the only area in the park that a wedding may be held. Mother's Garden is for wedding ceremony only.

$235.00
Includes the use of the garden and parking fees for all guests; limit 100 people

Weekend Wedding Package at Downs Park

Group booking Mother's Garden in combination with the Chesapeake Room for wedding purposes on weekends only will receive a discount of $110 for the Mother's Garden rental. (Normally $235, will be discounted to $125) All Chesapeake Room rental fees and policy still apply.

Example #1 - Full Day Weekend Rental + Damage Deposit + Non-refundable Reservation Fee = $750.00

Example #2 - Full Day Weekend Rental + Damage Deposit + Non-Refundable Reservation Fee + Weekend Rental of Mothers Garden = $875.00

NOTE: you will not be allowed to enter the room early or exit later than the rental time you paid for.
