Downs Park Pavilion Rentals

Downs Park has three large pavilions and one small pavilion are located on the east side of the park. The large pavilions accommodate up to 100 persons and small pavilions holds up to 50 persons.

Each pavilion has its own horseshoe pit, volleyball court, grills and tables. Reservations for pavilions must be made in advance through the Park's Office. Contact the park office at (410) 222-6230 for additional information.

Park Rental Fees (Effective July 1, 2009)
Large Pavilions - Brightwater, Fernwood and Tanglewood	$180.00 per day
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (9:00 a.m. - dusk); Limit 100 people; All park entry fees apply to pavilion guest unless "pre-paid parking" is purchased

Large Pavilions - Brightwater, Fernwood and Tanglewood	$100.00 per day
Monday, Wednesay and Thursday; Limit 100 people; All park entry fees apply to pavilion guest unless "pre-paid parking" is purchased

Small Pavilion - Arcadia	$100.00 per day
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (9:00 a.m. - dusk); Limit 50 people; All park entry fees apply to pavilion guest unless "pre-paid parking" is purchased

Small Pavilion - Arcadia	$60.00 per day
Monday, Wednesay and Thursday; Limit 50 people; All park entry fees apply to pavilion guest unless "pre-paid parking" is purchased

Prepaid Parking - Large Pavilions	$160.00 per day
Covers vehicle entry fees for pavilion
Prepaid Parking - Small Pavilions	$80.00 per day
Covers vehicle entry fees for pavilion
