Hours: 8:00 a.m. until ½ hour prior to dusk. 
Park is closed on Tuesdays. Special gate notice
Vehicle entry into Thomas Point Park requires a Monthly Vehicle/Fishing Permit except during the off season months of November to March. 
A daily (non-fishing) permit is available at the Quiet Waters Park Gate House during gate operating hours for $5.
A limited supply of permits are sold each day.

Permit and Rental Information
Vehicle/Fishing Permit 
$30.00 per month
Limited to one (1) specific vehicle and three (3) guests
A total of 75 permits ($30 each) are sold monthly on a first come first serve basis on the last Thursday of the prior month. In addition a limited amount of daily permits are sold for one day access. All permits are sold at Quiet Waters Park. Please note that there is no parking access outside of the park entrance to walk in. For more information, please call Quiet Waters Park at 410-222-1777.

Skipjack Pavilion Rental
Small pavilion - 50 people (entry fees limited to 15 vehicles max)

$100 - Weekend Fee (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)

$60 - Weekday Fee (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Youth Group Camping
$40.00 per night
For the use of non-profit youth organizations only. Campers are restricted to designated area and must be under 17 years of age and accompanied by adults. Designated area offers camping for up to 20 people maximum and six vehicles.  Vehicles will be locked in the park overnight.  Gates are locked one half hour prior to dusk and unlocked at 8:00 am.
Special Notice for Thomas Point Park
If you arrive at Thomas Point Park during the posted open hours and the gate is unlocked, the park is open. However the gate is normally shut and must be opened and closed upon arrived or departure.
