On Monday, October 14, 2013 Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks unveiled the new Phil and Alice Dibben Equestrian Trail Sign at the Lake Shore Athletic Complex in Pasadena.

Phil and Alice Dibben are community advocates, horse enthusiasts and founders of the Pasadena Horse and Pony Association.  The Dibbens established the Pasadena Horse and Pony Association in 1995 in order to create and promote interest in horses, horsemanship and recreational horseback riding.  They worked tirelessly at every trail clearing day at the Lake Shore Athletic Complex and other nearby parks and have been icons in the horse industry and in Anne Arundel County.
