| The Special Event Information form must be completed if the event is a fundrising activity, which generates funds beyond the normal participation fees or concession proceeds. A Facility Use Application must be submitted with this form. This form must be received at least four (4) weeks prior to the special event. Please view the PDF file below for detailed information. |
