| Gain an understanding of the signs and symptoms of Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), as well as being given strategies to manage behavioral issues that accompany ODD. The relationship between Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder will be explored. |

Participants will be given an overview of stress and causes of stress. They will reflect on stressors in their own lives and how to handle stress effectively. They will learn techniques for dealing with stress such as how to use a stress journal and opportunity will be given to practice these techniques. |
