Payment Schulde for 2012-2013 School Year Program
 

Payments are numbered one through nine and correspond to the months as follows:

Payment #1    Due: July 10, 2012 for August/September
 
Payment #2    Due: September 10, 2012 for October
 
Payment #3    Due: October 10, 2012 for November
 
Payment #4    Due: November 10, 2012 for December
 
Payment #5    Due: December 10, 2012 for January
 
Payment #6    Due: January 10, 2013 for February
 
Payment #7    Due: February 10, 2013 for March
 
Payment #8    Due: March 10, 2013 for April
 
Payment #9    Due: April 10, 2013 for May/June    

 

Please note that Payment #1 is for both August and September and Payment #9 is for both May and June. 

     
2012-2013 School Year Refund Policy
A $25 processing fee for each payment transaction will be assessed on all refunds. If 10 or more business days notice is given, a full refund minus the $25 processing fee will be given. If there is less than 10-business days notice, an 80% refund minus the $25 processing fee will be given. No refund will be given if the Withdrawal Form is not received by the child's last day of attendance.
