| Notices to SACC Participants | There will be a mandatory staff meeting for all SACC staff on Friday, May 23, 2008 starting at 3:30 p.m. THERE WILL BE NO AFTERNOON SACC ON THIS DAY. (There is no Kindergarten on this day based on the school calendar.) This staff meeting will allow us, the opportunity to conduct a year-end review and recognize all of our staff. You will receive a credit on your Billing Statement # 9 for May and June 2008. |

| Program Philosophy |
The SACC and MSTG program provides a nurturing environment that will promote social interaction, community integration, physical development and intellectual growth in accordance with the State Child Care Regulations and the NSACA Standards for Quality School-Age Care. Activities will include opportunities for individual and group participation, while providing a balance between self-directed and staff-directed activities. There will be a full component of arts and crafts, sports and games, social skills, self-esteem activities, as well as other enrichment opportunities will also compliment the program. In addition, all outdoor facilities will be utilized to augment the regular program. |

| Elementary Program |
Children in Kindergarten through Grade 5 will be eligible for participation in this program. Every child must have all of the State mandated forms completed and on file at the center prior to their first day. No one will be allowed to attend the program without this information. Those children returning to the program will need to verify with the Center Director that their files are completed and up-to-date. There is a maximum capacity for each center.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and all children must register annually.

| Middle School Teen Group Program |
This program is for children who are entering grades 6, 7, and 8. Every child must have all of the State mandated forms completed and on file at the center prior to their first day. No one will be allowed to attend the program without this information. Those children returning to the program will need to verify with the Center Director that their files are completed and up-to-date. Children who attended one of our elementary sites will be able to transfer their file to the middle school. There is a maximum capacity for each center. |  |

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and all children must be registered annually. The middle school programs are only held in the afternoon and part-time care is available on Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday.

| Program Times |
Those sites with a morning program operate from 7:00 a.m. until the start of the school day. Those sites with an afternoon program operate from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m. All programs operate everyday that school is in session for students.
