Retired AACO Police (LEOSA Information)

These documents are for Retired AACO Police officers that are requesting to qualify with a firearm (LEOSA).

NOTE: The Training Academy LEOSA qualifications are only for sworn members who retired in good standing from the Anne Arundel County Police Department. Unfortunately, we do not conduct LEOSA qualifications for any other police agencies.
Retired officers from outside agencies may contact the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission (MPCTC) for assistance with LEOSA qualifications. The MPCTC's LEOSA information can be found at:

Retiree Qualification is Thursday, March 5, 2015 and Thursday, May 21, 2015.  Starting time for both are 1730 hours (5:30pm)
Required Equipment List
Ammuniton for day/reduced light course of fire (37 rounds each)
Properly fitting holster
Firearm with three magazines or speed loaders
