Commercial Robbery in Glen Burnie

On May 30, 2014 at approximately 4:15 p.m. officers responded to the Boost Mobile Phone store located at 322 Hospital Drive Glen Burnie, MD for a report of a robbery. 


Upon arrival, officers learned that a black male suspect entered the business and demanded money.  When the clerk initially refused, he lifted his shirt slightly implying that he was armed with a firearm, however, no firearm was displayed. 


The employee of the store complied and opened the cash register and an undetermined amount of cash was turned over to the suspect.  The suspect then fled on foot in an easterly direction along Hospital Drive.  Responding units along with K-9 conducted an extensive search but the suspect was not located.


SUSPECT: Black male, mid – late 20’s; approximately 6’0” with very short hair; last seen wearing a blue sweater/hoodie with an American Eagle Logo and the numbers 19 visible, also wearing grey pants and sunglasses
