COMMERCIAL ARMED ROBBERY                                                                    PASADENA


On April 23, 2013, at approximately 4:52 p.m., officers from the Eastern District responded to the Subway store located in the 8200 block of Ritchie Highway in Pasadena for a report of a robbery of the business.

Upon arrival, officers spoke with an employee, who indicated that a male suspect entered the business, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the register. The employee complied by turning over an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency to the suspect, who fled the business. Multiple officers, Aviation and K-9 responded to the area to canvass for the suspect, but were unable to locate him.


Suspect: White male in his 40’s sunglasses, wearing a dark blue hooded Adidas sweatshirt, light-colored jeans and white tennis shoes





STRONG ARM ROBBERY                                                                                           SEVERN

On April 23, 2013, at approximately 8:58 p.m., officers from the Western District responded to the 8200 block of Averill Court in Severn for a report of a citizen robbery. 


Upon arrival, officers spoke with the 52-year-old male victim, who indicated that he just parked his vehicle on Averill Court and was walking to his home when he was approached and punched by a male suspect, who then removed the victim’s cell phone and wallet. The suspect then fled and possibly met up with three other individuals who also fled the area. Several officers and a K-9 unit canvassed the area, but were unable to locate the suspects. The victim sustained a minor injury, but refused treatment.
