Police Case 2003-752719

On December 10, 2003, the Anne Arundel County Police Department took a missing person report for Nicholas David Tonic. Investigation revealed the Tonic was last seen on December 5, 2003, leaving his residence at 1700 Sea Pine Circle, Severn, Maryland.

On December 10, 2003 Tonic’s red 1991 Ford Escort bearing Maryland tag LRN-145 was recovered abandoned in the 8100 block of Fruitful Court, Glen Burnie, Maryland. Evidence from the car showed that Tonic was a victim of a serious assault.

On January 23, 2004, Nicholas David Tonic was found deceased in the 7500 block of Teague Road, Hanover, Maryland. Tonic suffered trauma to his upper torso and his death was ruled a homicide.
